How do I pair to Wi-Fi?

If you're having trouble pairing to Wi-Fi, please try these steps below in this SPECIFIC order:

1. Ensure the device is fully charged and make sure your phones Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on.

2. Delete any/all devices from the app if you recently paired a device to the app.

3. Delete the app completely from your phone.

4. Restart your W-Fi router.

5. Re-install the app on your smart device.

6. Insert your probes into the device and power it on.

7. Open the app, create an account if you haven't already.

8. Tap the red plus sign to add a device

9. Select the TP-922 device.

10. Press the Wi-Fi button on the back of the device TWICE.

11. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password, then select connect.

12. Your device should now be connected to Wi-Fi and showing internal and ambient temperature readings in the app.
