Probe is reading HHH Follow
If your probe is reading HHH, this can mean 3 things.
The most common issue is that the probe is not inserted all the way. It may look as if it is inserted all the way but if you remove it and re-insert the probe firmly, you should feel and hear a clicking noise and the HHH will disappear and a temperature reading will begin to display.
Another reason HHH may show is that the temperature is too hot for the probe to read. If there are any unexpected flare ups or if you're are working with very high temperatures outside of the probes tolerance range, you will see HHH.
Lastly, if the above issues are not the the case, than the HHH most likely means your probe is defective. If so, please contact us with your Order Details and we will replace the probe for you if it is within warranty.
