BBQ Clip

How to use the BBQ Clip:

The BBQ Clip is meant to be used to help measure ambient air temperature inside your smoker, bbq or oven.

The clip is supposed to be wedged in between the grill/oven racks and then the probe is inserted through the hole of the clip elevating it off of the surface of the rack to accurately measure ambient air temperature.
