Can't Find Order Number

If you ordered from our website, login to your account and go to the orders section. If you do not have an account, you should have received an email confirmation including your Order Number.

If you ordered from another retailer such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc. You will need to login to your account and view your past order history, the order number should be found within the order details.

If you purchased this from a retailer in-store, it may not have come with an order number, you can use your receipt as proof of purchase.

If you received this as a gift and do not have an order number, we ask that you contact whoever gifted it to you and obtain the order number from them.
