Range Issues

Not receiving the amount of range that is advertised? Here's why:

If you have a lot of bluetooth devices in your household, they could be causing interference. Try powering off the other bluetooth devices to improve the range and connection.

Our products range are tested with line of sight and obstructions will drastically affect the range especially if there is concrete, walls, trees, brick, etc. in between.

To improve the connection and range the device can receive, we recommend eliminating as many obstructions as possible and improving the line of sight.

If you have powered off other Bluetooth devices and eliminated as many obstructions as you can and are still experiencing range issues and disconnections, please let us know and we will look further into this.
