TempPro Sensor "Update Failed" Follow
If you are trying to update the graph on your TempPro Sensor App and are receiving an "Update Failed" error, here are some possible reasons:
1. Low Battery on your phone. Ensure your phone has sufficient battery life when trying to update the data.
2. Out of range. Try and move your smart device closer to the bluetooth hygrometer to update the data.
3. App is outdated. Ensure you have the most recent app up to date.
If none of the above resolved this for you, please contact us with the model number if your hygrometer as well as your phones make/model and software version and we will have our engineers look further into this for you.
