Display Issues Follow
If your display is faded, unreadable or missing segments, then your device is defective and will need to be replaced. Please Contact Us with your Order and Shipping information along with a picture of the display and we will ship out a replacement immediately!
Error Codes:
LLL: If the probe is reading LLL, please make sure the food is not frozen or extremely cold as this will cause the probe to read LLL. If the food is not frozen, it is possible your probe is defective and needs to be replaced.
HHH: If the probe reading HHH, it is possible the temperature is too high for the probe to read or it is defective and needs to be replaced.
