Display Error Codes / Issues Follow
If your display is faded, unreadable or missing segments, then your device is defective and will need to be replaced. Please Contact Us with your Order and Shipping information along with a picture of the display and we will ship out a replacement immediately if it is within warranty!
Error Codes:
LLL: If the probe is reading LLL, please make sure the food is not frozen or extremely cold as this will cause the probe to read LLL. If the food is not frozen, it is possible your probe is defective and needs to be replaced.
HHH: If the probe reading HHH, it is possible the temperature is too high for the probe to read or it is defective and needs to be replaced.
ERR: This mean it is defective.
Dashes (- - -): If the probe is reading dashes (- - -), this can mean it is defective.
Please Contact Us with your Order and Shipping information along with a brief description of the problem and we will ship out a replacement immediately if it is within warranty!

This is the second tp19h I've had and BOTH of them did the same thing. What's up with that? I just get dashes on the screen, it's a little disheartening to say the least. I have zero documentation on when I purchased this device or from whom. Please help me.
