Having trouble opening the battery compartment on your remote sensor? Please refer to the infographic below on how to open the battery compartment.
- Remote Sensor: Pull the latch up grabbing it from the bottom of the unit (by the vents) and pulling it towards the back as shown in the picture.

I cannot open battery compartment on TP200B remote sensor. The supposed photo does not show up in the help solution. I tdoes not slide or seem to want to open without breaking the plastic. Otherwise very pleased with item but cannot change the batteries.
