Data Export "Data Output Failed"

If you are trying to export the data on your TempPro sensor app and are receiving this error message "data output failed" here's why:

The most common reason for this error message is due to an uncommon email domain. Our software does not recognize uncommon email domains. Please try using a more common email domain such as .gmail, .hotmail, .outlook, etc.

If you do not have one of these email domains, please provide us with the email domain you are using and we will have our engineers update this in our software.
