Pool Thermometer Connection / Pairing Issues

Are you having issues pairing or connecting your pool thermometer?

The pool thermometer is already paired at our manufacturing facility and all you have to do is simply insert the batteries into the devices when they are side by side and they will automatically pair.

Should they disconnect and you need to re-pair them, place them side by side, remove and re-insert the batteries. Make sure the transmitter is fastened firmly and then press and hold down the CH/Sync button for 3 seconds.

Also, make sure the base station is on channel 1 if you only have 1 sensor.

If this was unsuccessful, please provide us with your Order ID number and full shipping address and we will look into replacing this for you if it is within warranty.
