Water In Display

If there appears to be water or fog in your pool thermometers display, the pool sensor was most likely not fastened tight enough and it was damaged.

If there is no reading on the display, please check to make sure the batteries are good and are inserted firmly against the correct polarities.

For water or fog in the display, please provide us with your Order ID number and full shipping address and we will look into replacing this for you if it is within warranty.
