Data Export - Missing Data

If there is missing data after exporting the data from your Bluetooth Hygrometer, here's why:

In order for the graph and exported files to maintain data with no missing data or gaps, you will need to connect the device to your phone at least once every 20 days. The device can store up to 1 years worth of data but it requires you to upload the data once every 20 days to avoid any gaps in data.

Unfortunately, there is no way to obtain/retrieve the missing data. We do apologize for any inconveniences.
