Buttons Not Responding

If the physical buttons on the device are stuck or not responding to anything, please try removing the battery and re-inserting it or if you have a rechargeable device, please try powering off and on the device.

If this was unsuccessful, please provide us with your Order ID number and full shipping address and we will look into replacing this for you if it is within warranty.
