TempPro TP371 Wi-Fi Hygrometer Pairing Issues

The TP371 Wi-Fi Hygrometer is only compatible with 2.4 G Wi-Fi. It is NOT compatible with 5 G Wi-Fi.

Most routers have both 2.4 G and 5 G options and will automatically use the 2.4 G option when pairing with the TP371.

If the "add device" button is greyed out, please try pressing and holding down the reset button on the back of the device for 5 seconds.

If you are having problems pairing the TP371 to Wi-Fi, please ensure the app is up to date and if the issue persists, please provide us with the make/model and software version of your phone as well as the make/model of your router and we will have our engineers resolve this for you.
