Issues connecting to Wi-Fi

During the setup and pairing process for the TP371, if the 2 pairing options are greyed out like in the image below after holding down the Wi-Fi button for 5 seconds, please try resetting the hardware.

To reset the hardware, simply press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds, then re-try the pairing steps. This will resolve your Wi-Fi pairing issue.
