Device Unresponsive or Not Turning On Follow
If your device is unresponsive or not turning on, please check the following:
- Batteries are inserted firmly and against the correct polarities.
- Try replacing the batteries with new ones even if the current ones are new.
- Check the battery compartment or charging port for any corrosion, loose connections, or signs of water damage.
- If it’s a rechargeable model, make sure the charging cable and adapter are securely connected, and allow it to charge for at least 30–60 minutes before turning it on again.
- If it’s a rechargeable model, try another outlet to make sure this is not the issue.
If the device still doesn't power on after these steps, you may be entitled to a replacement if your device is within warranty.
