Humidity Stuck at 99% Follow
If your hygrometer is showing a constant 99% humidity reading, don’t worry — that’s usually caused by a sensor issue that can often be fixed with a quick reset. Please try the following steps:
Remove the batteries and leave them out for at least 60 seconds.
Reinsert new, fresh batteries to rule out any low power issue.
Place the device in a dry indoor area (such as near a dehumidifier or in an air-conditioned room) for about 30 minutes and check if the humidity reading changes.
If the reading remains stuck at 99%, the sensor may be faulty and you could be entitled to a replacement if your device is within warranty.
