TempSpike Booster Not Working Follow
If your TempSpike booster isn’t powering on and is draining the battery, please try the following:
Fully charge the booster:
Use the original charging cable and a 5V USB adapter (such as a standard phone charger).
Charge it for at least 2–3 hours until the LED indicator turns off or shows full charge.
Avoid using a computer USB port or fast charger, as they can cause unstable charging.
Check the charging contacts and cable:
Make sure there’s no debris or residue on the charging contacts (if there is, try using sandpaper to clean them)
Try another compatible USB-C or micro-USB cable (depending on model) to rule out cable damage.
Power on after charging:
Disconnect from the charger, wait 10 seconds, then power on the device.
If the booster still doesn’t turn on or continues draining rapidly, it may have a battery or power circuit fault.
If this is the case, you may be entitled to a replacement if your device is within warranty.
