No Order Number Or Order Information

If you purchased your device from a retailer and threw away the receipt or if you received this as a gift and are unable to obtain the order number and want to file for a warranty claim, we ask that you send us a picture of your device with a note containing your name, email address and the current date and time. We will accept this as proof of purchase for a 1 time replacement.
