Can't connect TP-25 device to Bluetooth Follow
If you're unable to connect the TP25 to your phone or smart device; or if the app is showing the "Disconnected" icon:
Try the following steps:
- Tap the Menu button
- Tap the Trash button under Device
- Tap Unpair
- On the Welcome screen, tap Start Pairing
This should pair your phone with the TempPro device.
If this was unsuccessful, please try clearing the app data in your phone settings, deleting the app completely and re-installing the app onto your smart device.
