I just bought my Therm Pro TP-20S. Very excited to use it. I read manual but I cannot see another taste selection from GRND BEEF besides medium. I don't want my burgers medium. I want them medium rare. I see that option for BEEF but not GRND BEEF. Is this intentional....I saw nothing about it in the manual. If it is intentional, should I then use the BEEF setting for my burgers to get the medium rare setting?
These temps seems all way high. For example recommended pork temp is 145 and here it says 160. Beef temps are all too high and you end up overcooking.
