[TP-53] ALL TIME / 24 HRs Feature

 24 HRs:

When 24 HRs option is toggled the device will keep track of the highest and lowest readings in the past 24 hours.

For example, if you have the 24 HRs feature selected and check the high and low readings on Saturday at 9:00 AM, those will be the highest and lowest readings recorded since Friday at 9:00 AM.

All Time:

When All Time is selected, the device will just record the highest and lowest since last reset.

To reset the Min/Max records, press and hold the clear button.
