Wireless Cooking Thermometer Pairing / Connection Issues Follow
Is your wireless cooking thermometer having connection or pairing issues?
Here's how to connect or pair your device:
First, we recommend checking to see if the batteries have sufficient life left in them as low batteries could be the cause.
To perform a hard reset, remove the batteries out of both units, as well as the probe(s). Once this is done, you can put the batteries into the transmitter first (smaller unit), and then the receiver. Once the units have turned on, please firmly insert the probe(s) into their socket(s) until you feel/hear a "click".
If successful, you should see a probe reading on both the receiver and the transmitter.
If you have a TP07, TP20 or any model with a MODE/SYNC button, simply power both devices on, make sure the probes are inserted firmly and press and hold down the "MODE" or "SYNC" button for 3-5 seconds. The devices should then synchronize and you should see the readings.
If none of these steps have worked, it is possible your device is defective and you should provide us with your order / shipping information so we can look into replacing this if it is within warranty.
