Having trouble pairing your brand new TempPro Bluetooth Cooking Thermometer to your phone?
Here are some troubleshooting steps to help pair your device.
1. Make sure the device is turned off.
2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
3. Reinstall the app
4. Power on the thermometer and launch the app.
5. Pair the device to your phone.
For android users, please make sure location services / GPS is enabled.
This app is compatible for iPhone and iPad iOS 9.0 and above as well as Android versions 4.4 and above.
