Replaced Batteries and Not Working

If you replaced the batteries with new batteries in your device and it is still dead and not powering on, please double check the new batteries to make sure they are inserted firmly and against the correct polarities.

If your device is still not working, it is most likely defective and will need to be replaced if it is within warranty.
