Display is faded

If your screen / display is faded even after replacing the batteries with new ones, this means your device is most likely defective and will need to be replaced. 

Please Contact Us letting us know how the device was damaged, along with a picture of the damaged part/device and your order number from whichever marketplace you purchased this.
