Range Issues

Having issues with the probe disconnecting from the booster or the booster disconnecting from your phone? Here's why:

Obstructions will drastically affect the range especially if there is concrete, walls, trees, brick, etc. in between. Try to improve the line of sight if there are a lot of obstructions between the devices.

Also, the connection between the probe and booster is much shorter. Try to place the booster as close to the probe as possible without it being damaged from the bbq, oven, smoker. Right beside the cooking appliance is the best option.
