My thermometer stopped working, it is only showing dashes on the screen. Follow

If your thermometer is only showing dashes on the display, it can mean either the probes are not inserted fully or the device is not paired properly. Please try re-inserting the probes firmly and re-pairing your device.

If you have an instant read thermometer, it most likely means your device is defective and needs to be replaced.

Please provide us with your order number from whichever marketplace you ordered this device from along with your full shipping address and we will replace this for you right away.

    I also have the TP-19H and it having the same problem as others with this same model. My display only shows the 4 dashes, even though everything else seems fine. I purchased it from Amazon:

    I have replaced the battery and want to know if there is any other fixes or can this be replaced since it seems to be a defect with this particular model?
